These terms cover the website and the 2026 programmes.
By browsing this site or paying a deposit you agree to the rules below. They are written for a training studio, not for a software vendor.
Site
Use of the website
Pages describe Aimasteryhub programmes in Singapore. You may view them for your own enrolment decisions. You may not scrape the site in bulk, copy the syllabus into a competing product, or present composite sketches as case studies of named organisations. Figures on Outcome Library pages are illustrative sandbox measurements from cohort-style projects.
Fees
Enrolment, deposit and balance
A seat is held when we confirm in writing and the S$400 deposit has cleared. The remaining fee is due seven days before the first Wednesday of the run. Prices on the programmes page are in Singapore dollars for public 2026 lines. Private sprints are quoted separately. API usage is paid by you to your own provider and is never part of the Aimasteryhub invoice.
If a payment fails, the seat returns to the waiting list. Invoices are issued from the studio contact details on this site. We do not print a registration number on invoices from this website copy; any extra billing fields your finance team needs can be requested by email.
Dates
Rescheduling and cancellation
Write to [email protected] more than fourteen days before the start date for a deposit refund. Inside fourteen days we keep the deposit and, if a seat exists, move you once to the next published run of the same programme. After the first Wednesday, fees are not refunded. If Aimasteryhub cancels a run, you choose another 2026 date or a full refund of sums received.
If fewer than six seats are confirmed ten days prior, we may merge the run into the following intake. Anyone who cannot take the new date receives a refund. Online seats follow the same calendar in Singapore time.
Materials
Intellectual property
Notes, sample corpora, recordings of the example half, and the document of completion remain Aimasteryhub’s intellectual property. You receive a personal licence to use them for your own work and inside your employer, including adapting prompts for an internal tool. You may not republish the packs, resell seats, or teach the syllabus as a public course.
Code and data you bring remain yours. Composite sketches on this site do not grant anyone a licence to those (unpublished) participant files. The document of completion is not an accredited award and is not a licence to practise a regulated profession.
Risk
Limitation of liability
Training does not guarantee a production system, a business result, or employment. Outcomes depend on the work each participant puts in, on data quality, and on constraints we cannot see. To the extent Singapore law allows, Aimasteryhub is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the website or from a programme.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. You remain responsible for your API keys, for keeping production data off studio machines, and for your employer’s policies.
Forum
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Aimasteryhub may seek urgent relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property. The notice is dated 2026.
