This notice explains how Aimasteryhub handles the details you send.
It covers the contact form, email, telephone, and the single cookie used to remember a banner choice. It does not cover tools you run in class on your own laptop.

Who holds the notice
Aimasteryhub operates from 231 Bain Street, #04-09, Bras Basah Complex, Singapore 180231. Enquiries go to [email protected] or +65 6339 5128. This website is hosted in Singapore. We do not publish a registration or tax number on this site.
Form
What the contact form collects
The form asks for name, email, optional phone, a programme choice, a message, and a consent tick. A hidden timestamp helps us reject automated bursts. A hidden unused field is there only to catch bots. We ask you not to paste confidential company files.
The server checks those fields, trims them, strips tags, and then discards the payload. This website does not write form contents to a database, a log file, or a mail spool on the host. The on-page confirmation means the checks passed. To be sure a person reads the note, send the same summary to [email protected] or wait for the working-day reply described on the contact page.
Inbox
Email, telephone and reply time
If you write to [email protected] or leave a voicemail, the studio uses that thread to answer enrolment questions and to book the twenty-minute call. We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to complete enrolment or to close the enquiry, then delete it from the working inbox according to ordinary mail hygiene. We do not sell lists.
You may ask us to delete a thread by writing from the same address. We will confirm. Telephone numbers you give us are used to return the enrolment call and are not used for marketing campaigns.
Browser
Cookies and local storage
The banner stores one value, amh_cookie, in local storage on your device so we can remember Accept or Decline and keep a simple anonymous page count. Nothing else is tracked. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics packages on these pages. Details sit on the cookies page.
Server logs operated by the host may record IP addresses at infrastructure level. Aimasteryhub does not use those logs to profile visitors and does not combine them with form fields, because form fields are not stored here.
Class
Cohort materials and your files
Work you create in a cohort stays on your laptop unless you choose to paste a snippet into clinic. Sample corpora we issue are for training and are not your organisation’s records. Do not upload production data. Recordings of the example half of an evening are placed in a cohort folder for enrolled participants and are not published on this website.
